Ancos has invested in a new full-color optical sorter that incorporates advanced digital image processing software and automatic image adjustment functions allowing for accurate sorting of a wide range of product types.
Featuring full color RGB cameras with 0.14mm pixel resolution, a smart sensitivity system and integrated aspiration/dust collection system, the optical sorter can handle anything from seed sorting for the agriculture market to pellet sorting for the polymer resin market.
Our optical sorting line has been placed in Ancos’ Darlington, SC facility where we also offer crystallization, blending, transloading, solid state polymerization (SSP) and drying services.
